Wheel Alignment Sales Specialist (Hunter Division)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Wheel Alignment Sales Specialist focusing on Hunter products, you will play a key role in driving sales of Hunter’s world-class wheel alignment and garage equipment. Your role will involve engaging with automotive service centres, garages, and dealerships, providing expert advice, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customers are equipped with the best solutions to enhance their service capabilities. This position requires both technical knowledge of alignment systems and a strong sales focus to deliver results.
- Generate sales of Hunter wheel alignment equipment and associated garage products within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at automotive service centres, garages, and dealerships.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
- Become a subject matter expert on Hunter wheel alignment systems and related equipment.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and live demonstrations to customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Hunter products.
- Provide technical product information and support to help customers select the right solutions for their specific needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be tasked with delivering expert technical support and maintenance for our clients’ garage equipment and automotive workshops. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing a broad range of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, tire changers, and diagnostic tools.
- Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure client equipment operates at peak performance and enjoys an extended lifespan.
- Providing on-site training and support, guiding clients on the proper operation and upkeep of their machinery.
- Keeping thorough records of all service activities and delivering detailed reports to the management team.
- Collaborating with both sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and offer suggestions for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in servicing and repairing garage equipment.
- Familiarity with various types of garage machinery such as lifts, tire changers, and diagnostic tools.
- Applicants with either service or installation experience will be considered.
- A strong willingness to learn and the ability to work independently.
