The Tryax TY30-VS Vertical Alloy Wheel Lathe reproduces the original diamond cut finish with ease by using state-of-the-art technology.

Ideal for any workshop, its horizontal wheel mounting system gives it a compact footprint as well as the flexibility to cut wheels up to 30” wide. With a simple 2-Stage process, the TY30-VS is straightforward to set up and use. Stage 1 is to Digitise then Stage 2 is to cut the wheel, there is no need to transfer data to and from a separate offline PC. Everything you require is in one place. A typical 20” wheel can be digitized in around 3 minutes., resulting in valuable time savings and increasing wheel throughput capacity.

If space is at a premium, we also offer the TY23VSF Static Alloy Wheel Lathe, with the same easy-to-use software and cut quality as the TY30VS within a smaller footprint. Requiring only a 240v single-phase power supply, simply plug in and go!
