Tool Calibration Engineer (Nationwide)

SALARY: £32,000 - £40,000+

ABOUT THE ROLE

What you’ll be doing

  • Calibrating and maintaining small tools including torque wrenches, gauges, micrometers and electronic measuring equipment
  • Verifying tools meet industry standards
  • Diagnosing calibration faults and carrying out corrective work
  • Auditing and inspecting tools on-site with clients
  • Keeping clear records and calibration certification
  • Supporting wider engineering and service teams across the UK
  • Always maintaining high health & safety and quality assurance standards

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in small tool calibration (ideally in automotive or manufacturing)
  • Attention to detail and a methodical, problem-solving approach
  • Comfortable using calibration software and IT systems
  • A team player with solid communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site when needed
